Experience: • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar field is required. Responsibilities and Duties: • Plan, direct, and evaluate all business operations, ensuring achievement of financial targets, service excellence, and overall business performance. • Develop and implement operational strategies, service standards, and procedures to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer experience. • Manage budgets, analyze financial reports and KPIs, control costs, and implement revenue optimization strategies to maximize profitability. • Lead full-cycle human resource management, including recruitment, training, scheduling, performance management, and labour cost control. • Oversee inventory management and procurement, including supply chain coordination to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards. • Ensure high-level customer satisfaction by resolving escalated complaints, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and developing catering and event opportunities to drive additional revenue.
