Nanny Employer: Rivera Family Location: Calgary, Alberta Workplace Information: On-site (Employer's Home) Salary: $21.00 per hour Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week Terms of Employment: Full-time Start Date: As soon as possible Vacancies: 1 Job Description Our family is seeking a reliable and caring Female Nanny to provide full-time care for our 5-year-old daughter in our home. Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and care for a 5-year-old child our residence Bathe, dress, and assist our child with daily routines Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks Follow parents' instructions regarding child care and discipline Assist with toilet training, as required Instruct our child in personal hygiene and social development Organize and participate in age-appropriate activities, games, and outings Maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment in the home Tend to the emotional well-being of our child Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding our child Take our child to and from school, appointments, and recreational activities Perform light housekeeping duties Assume full responsibility for the household in our absence Employment Requirements Language: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Equivalent experience may be considered Experience 1 to less than 7 months of related childcare experience Work Setting Employer's private residence Non-smoking environment On-site work only; remote work is not available Personal Suitability Dependable Reliable Patient Organized Flexible Good judgement Effective interpersonal skills Responsible Client-focused Security and Safety Criminal record check may be required References may be requested Benefits Vacation pay in accordance with Alberta Employment Standards Statutory holiday pay as applicable How to Apply Interested applicants should submit a resume detailing their education, childcare experience, and references.
