Food service supervisor

Develop and implement methods to effectively meet work schedules and operational goals Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency Recruit and hire food service staff to build a capable team Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met through regular checks and evaluations Prepare and manage budget and cost estimates to optimize financial performance Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction Maintain detailed records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage for accurate tracking and analysis Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and operational efficiency Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years On site: Work must be completed at the physical location.
