Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience Experience : 2 years to less than 3 years On site : 1399 Mcphillips St. suite 17A, Winnipeg, MB, R2V 3C4 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting : Restaurant Responsibilities Establish methods to meet work schedules Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures Hire food service staff Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards Address customers' complaints or concerns Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Prepare food order summaries for chef Supervise and check assembly of trays Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys Establish work schedules Supervision: 5-10 people Credentials Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Food Safety Certificate Benefits: Free parking available Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
