Facility Maintenance Operator

Job details Location: Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6B 0B9 Work location: On site Salary: $26.00 hourly / 40 hours per week Terms of employment: Seasonal employment, Full time Starts as soon as possible Vacancies: 1 vacancy Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 1 year to less than 2 years On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment Perform safety and security checks Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas Perform minor repairs to equipment Maintain clean and safe work environment Order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies Organize and maintain inventory Perform minor property maintenance Area of work experience Cleaning Work conditions and physical capabilities Handling heavy loads Physically demanding Bending, crouching, kneeling Personal suitability Excellent oral communication Initiative Organized Reliability How to apply By email tombarihiring2@outlook.com
