Order and manage supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and availability for kitchen operations. Supervise and oversee kitchen staff and helpers, managing their performance and workflow to maintain efficient kitchen operations. Maintain detailed inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and managing stock levels effectively. Ensure thorough cleaning of kitchen and work areas, adhering to sanitation standards. Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years On site: Work must be completed at the physical location.
