Experience: • Minimum 2 year of experience is required. Responsibilities and Duties: • Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the dealership’s vehicle sales department to achieve sales targets and operational goals. • Supervise sales representatives and support staff, assign work responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide ongoing guidance. • Analyze customer purchasing patterns, local market conditions, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and support business growth. • Establish vehicle pricing, financing options, and promotional offers to maximize sales and profitability. • Develop and implement advertising, digital marketing, social media, and customer outreach initiatives to increase dealership visibility and sales. • Prepare sales forecasts, oversee departmental budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenue performance. • Resolve customer concerns, enhance service standards, and ensure a positive vehicle purchasing experience for clients. • Recruit, train, mentor, and retain qualified sales staff while supporting workforce planning and employee development.
