Assistant Manager- Retail Employer: Kaston Enterprises Ltd. Experience: • Minimum 2 year of experience is required. Responsibilities and Duties: • Oversee the daily operations of the convenience store and food service area, ensuring efficient inventory control, merchandising, cleanliness, and smooth operations. • Supervise store staff by assisting with scheduling, assigning duties, and monitoring performance. • Review sales and customer demand to maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure product availability. • Manage merchandise selection, pricing, and promotions to support sales and meet customer needs. • Coordinate with suppliers to purchase merchandise, food products, and store supplies as required. • Monitor budgets, sales, and operating costs to help achieve financial and profitability goals. • Resolve customer concerns and operational issues while maintaining high standards of customer service. • Assist with staffing needs, including hiring, employee development, performance management, and retention.
