Accommodate customers with food allergies or intolerances by preparing dishes accordingly. Follow instructions from dietitians or chefs to prepare special meals for patients. Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety procedures. Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain efficiency and quality standards. Maintain inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure sufficient stock levels. Organize and oversee buffets and banquets to ensure smooth operations. Manage overall kitchen operations to meet organizational goals and standards.
