Execute the preparation and cooking of meals on a routine basis, as well as for special guests or events, maintaining consistency and excellence in culinary output. Source and manage the procurement of food and kitchen supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels to support daily operations. Calculate and forecast food requirements and associated costs, as well as labor expenses, to facilitate efficient budgeting and resource allocation. Strategically plan menus, curating a diverse selection of dishes while upholding rigorous standards of quality and taste. Provide comprehensive training to kitchen staff, imparting expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices to ensure a high level of proficiency and professionalism.
