Food counter attendant

Transport sanitized dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas, and arrange tables accordingly. Maintain records of food usage quantities for inventory management purposes. Efficiently package take-out food orders. Portion and wrap food items as needed. Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items according to established recipes. Ensure refrigerators and salad bars are adequately stocked with fresh ingredients. Accurately take customer orders and address inquiries as necessary. Thoroughly clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment. Safely handle and store cleaning products to prevent accidents or contamination. Receive, unpack, and organize incoming supplies in designated storage areas. Dispose of kitchen waste and trash properly. Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
