Coordinate and supervise the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning. Estimate the required ingredients and supplies for meal preparation. Ensure that food quality and service meet established standards. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, equipment repairs, sales, and wastage. Prepare and submit reports as required. Compile summaries of food orders for chef review. Possess knowledge of the culinary genres featured by the establishment. Supervise and inspect the delivery of food trolleys. Establish work schedules for the team.
