Assess and place orders for necessary ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation. Create and implement efficient work schedules and protocols for smooth operations. Maintain detailed records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management. Provide comprehensive training to staff regarding their job responsibilities, emphasizing sanitation and safety protocols. Uphold quality control standards to guarantee both food quality and service excellence. Participate in the recruitment of food service personnel and contribute to the formulation of policies, procedures, and budgets. Assist in menu planning for cafeterias, considering associated food and labor costs in decision-making.
